Description: Before you get your Fan Member Card, you submit your name, real or not, and an address of yours (social media, e-mail, city, country whatever you want) on a written piece of paper. All information is private and never logged into the Internet or Web. 

Fill out your Fan Member Card afterwards and put it in the clear envelope to protect it. Now you are a Fairy Penguin Fan Member!
